Classic Italian lines, Asian aesthetics and a touch of color mix to create an updated Floridian style for this Balmoral, 3,000 square foot beach-front residence. Striking unusual materials make a difference and as such, choice of exotic Afromosia and Brazilian Angico woods were used throughout the space. We also let the water flow throughout the space by bathing the interior palette in sea mist with a wave-like motif to balance the modern lines. Melding form and function with sophistication, utilizing glass features diffuses and enriches the rooms without blocking the eye. Furniture used to adorn the space hailed from Antonio Citterio, Casa Milano, Maxalto and Zanotta.
To make this home unique and reflect a Floridian style, unlike his other traditional style residence.
