DESCRIPTION

We chose to outfit the lobby with state-of-the-art upscale finishes with soothing and lavish wave panels, painted white to give a sense of serenity to the space. We then opted to add a splash of color with a center wave panel with hues of yellows and gold for added warmth. Furniture selected for all areas were with a modern vibe.

This development project was a 13-story building with 116 apartment units, located next to the Brickell area in Miami. We were chosen to design all public areas, such as a waiting room, fitness center, library, entertainment room and all elevator landings, hallways and restrooms. Design had to meet the National Green Building Standard.
